Today I resolve to speak up and speak out, with the aim to letting people around me realise how smart and clever I am. Speak up and speak out in confident voice, in defiance, to the extent of arrogance, to the extent of inviting and creating trouble. To think strategically, to question and challenge norms and status quo. It takes practice and courage to accept the risks in voicing my views, and I will do it.
